Can you answer KND’s question about Displays?:
My organization hosts an equine breed show every year, and in conjunction, we also host a gift expo. What special things can I do to draw people to the gift expo? I was thinking of having the local humane society do an adopt-a-thon one day. Then maybe have a local 4-H group do a car wash or something like that. Thoughts?
What are some other things that I can do to draw people in?

Displays Feedback: you can contact all the churches in the county and ask them all if they can furnish a band or a singing group to be featured for an hour each on stage. Feature also a fun day including a huge Bar B Q also allow the churches to bring tables and set up a rummage sale area adjacent to the gift expo. (you will need to give the churches four weeks of free publicity for your event) in their church program / bulletins….
