   Displays Feedback: When my mom was starting her clothing business she went to JC Penney and they donated racks to her along with other clothing stores that had them. Most stores have these in storage and don’t usually need them anymore. I would go to different department stores in your area and ask them. My mom was pleasantly surprised to see so many willing participants.
