Can you answer Stevep’s question about Displays?:
If the LED sign(s) provide only information to lorry drivers about which loading area to use (they only include the date, delivery destination), does it count as advertsiing and therefore need planning?

Displays Feedback: I’m sure that there are regulations concerning their use. Those regulations would supersede any “advertising” regulations.
